Service Professional

Description:

Duties include servicing customers' homes with the products and equipment that is provided. It is crucial that you provide exceptional customer care. The service professional is the face of the company and must have a well groomed and professional appearance. The ideal candidate will exhibit an eagerness to learn, and willingness to receive correction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and properly maintain the company's vehicle

• Properly use and maintain equipment

• Use company software to report customer’s service

• Follow the products label to safely apply and mix solutions

• Follow product inventory procedures

• Identify pests in order to provide customers with realistic expectations and the best service plan

• Resolve customer questions and concerns to retain customers

• Help decrease customer cancellations

• Encouraging customers to leave positive reviews for the company

• Help increase company sales

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with minimal major moving violations (Required)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required)

• Be able to Lift 50 Pounds (Required)

• 20 years and older (Required)

• Must be able to pass background checks and drug test (Required)

• 1 year of On-the-Job experience (Preferred)

• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)

Other Considerations:

• Travel is primarily locally during the business day

• Able to drive for prolonged periods of time and long distances

Compensation & Miscellaneous:

• $15-$18 an hour with overtime pay and with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and growth

• Commission based bonuses

• Paid Vacation time

• Paid Sick time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
